One of the leading bands of the 70's LA punk scene, The Germs only released one studio album before the untimely death of lead singer Darby Crash at the age of 22. Equal parts Sex Pistols and Iggy pop, the band's legendary live shows bordered on chaos. "GI" was produced by Joan Jett and features sixteen tracks of unbridled garage-punk bliss.

| I had to get this classic on vinyl. The is easily one of the best punk albums ever. If you are into the Germs, check out the new movie (on DVD) that just came out called What We Do Is Secret! |

| This is the Germs at their best. Most people label the Ramones as one of the best of the best, but if you listen to the Germs you will relize that the shear energy coming out of the speakers is what started the rebelion known as punk. This is a must have. |

| If you're into The Germs, how can you not own this album? Give respect to Crash man, this was his only studio release, and this album alone changed the scene big time. Germs fuckin rule and so does Hilary Duff (good shit to thrash to!) |
